Requirements of In|Dignity Mobile Exhibition hosts

Schools that make a reservation to host the In|Dignity mobile exhibition agree to the following requirements:
  • Inform teachers at least one month in advance of hosting the exhibition, providing them with recommended curriculum
  • Collect parent permission forms for all students under the age of 18 who will visit the exhibition
  • Brief counseling staff and equip them with resources to respond to students who are impacted by the exhibition
  • Transportation of the exhibition to and from CSUSB or the previous/next venue
  • Set-up, and take-down of the exhibition (requires no technical skills), including completion of manifest checklists and documentation of any damage
  • Restrict the use of pens in the exhibition space (to help prevent vandalism)
  • Tally the number of students, staff, parents, and other community members who visit the exhibition
  • Teachers who visit In|Dignity will complete a survey to record their impressions and student response to the exhibition
  • Students who visit In|Dignity will be asked to complete a voluntary survey to help assess project impact
